Project Background

Working in collaboration with our client’s insurance company, we decided to develop a dedicated training application for mobile experts. Our goal was to enable them to undergo effective and interactive training that would contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of their work, as well as enhancing customer service.

Creation Process

1. Training Needs Analysis:

A thorough analysis of the training needs of mobile experts in vehicle inspection and damage assessment was conducted. We identified the key skills and knowledge areas necessary for effective performance in their roles.
