The “Optical Service” application developed by EpicVR is a modern training solution for Vision Express. With this VR application, Vision Express employees have the opportunity to effectively train in eye care and diagnosis, as well as in providing optical services related to lens fitting in glasses. As a result, the company can offer better service to its customers, more efficiently repair damaged frames, and reduce costs associated with complaints.

Project Background
In today’s world, an increasing number of people work in office environments, leading to a rise in vision-related problems. Vision Express recognizes the growing need for highly qualified specialists capable of professionally caring for customers’ vision.
Creation Process
1. Analysis of Needs and Requirements: We conducted a detailed analysis of Vision Express’s needs and training requirements. We understood the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality optical services.
2. Development of Training Content: Based on the gathered information, we developed training content that covers various aspects of eye care and diagnosis. We adapted it into interactive modules for the “Optical Service” application.
3. Creation of Virtual Scenarios: We created realistic virtual scenarios that reflect different situations related to working in Vision Express stores. Employees can practice their skills in a safe and controlled virtual environment.
4. Interactive Elements and Simulations: We introduced interactive elements, such as diagnostic tools, models of glasses, and repair procedures, to enable practical training for employees.
5. Theoretical Tests: After completing each training module, employees undergo theoretical tests to check their knowledge and understanding of optical topics.
