Project Background

In 2020, Wedel underwent a revolution in the design of its product packaging. During this process, both experienced and newly hired employees struggled to adapt to the new packaging. In response to these challenges, we created a simple application that enabled employees to practice associating new packaging designs with the right products.

Creation Process

1. Creating Interactive Exercises:

We prepared interactive exercises within the application that allowed employees to learn how to associate new packaging designs with specific products. Through various tasks and quizzes, employees could refine their skills and memorize information related to the packaging.

2. Personalization and Adaptation:

The application was tailored to the individual needs of the employees, considering their level of experience and learning pace. This allowed each employee to use the application in a way that was suitable for them and to develop their packaging association skills at their own pace.

3. Monitoring Progress and Support:

The application enabled the monitoring of employees’ progress and tracking of their results. Additionally, employees had access to support, if needed, to resolve any doubts or questions related to the packaging association process.
