We take over VR software built by others: migration to current headsets, fixes and new modules — provided the sources exist.
How a project runs
- Discovery workshop. We start from the metric you want to move, not from the technology. Output: a defined problem and success criteria.
- Concept and specification. What the user does, on which device, in what order, and what counts as done. This is what makes a fixed quote possible.
- Prototype (2–3 weeks). One core interaction running on the target headset. Most scope changes happen here, where they are cheap.
- Production. 3D assets, application logic, integrations, comfort testing with people who have never worn a headset.
- Deployment. Configured devices, licences, documentation and a train-the-trainer session — remote or on site.
- Support and updates. Headset operating systems change every year; we keep the application working.

What does a VR development company actually do?
Designs and builds software for headsets and AR devices: the 3D environment, the interaction logic, the scoring and reporting, and the integrations with your systems — then deploys it on the devices your people will use.
How much does it cost to develop a VR application?
A focused custom application starts at €2,000 net. A full industrial deployment with 3D assets, integrations and reporting starts at €12,500 net. Licensing one of our ready-made training applications starts at €1,250 net per station.
How long does development take?
A working prototype within two to three weeks. A complete custom application typically takes eight to sixteen weeks, depending on the number of unique interactions and integrations.
Which engines and platforms do you use?
Unity and Unreal Engine, with C# and C++. Target platforms: Meta Quest 3 and 3S, PC VR, Microsoft HoloLens 2, and mobile AR through ARKit and ARCore. WebXR when the experience must run in a browser.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. Applications are standalone and licensed online, so deployment does not require our physical presence. We ship configured headsets across Europe and run workshops and training remotely.
Can you take over an application built by another studio?
Usually yes, provided the source project is available. Typical work involves migrating to current headsets, fixing what broke after operating system updates, and adding modules.
Do we need to supply 3D models?
Not necessarily. If you have CAD data we will optimise it for real-time rendering; if not, we build the models. CAD geometry always needs rework — engineering meshes will not run on a headset.
What do we get at the end?
A working application on your devices, the documentation, a train-the-trainer session and a support arrangement. For custom projects we agree the licensing terms up front, including source code where that is part of the deal.
