Project Background
Working in collaboration with Krakodlew S.A., we identified the need to create an effective training tool that would enable employees to enhance their skills in managing finished product warehouses and producing large-scale castings in a safe and controlled virtual environment. Our goal was to provide a realistic experience that would allow for practical training and mastering the handling of various tools and machines in a virtual production hall.
Creation Process
1. Virtual Hall Design:
We conducted a detailed analysis and developed a virtual model of the hall, reflecting the real spaces of the finished product warehouse and the large-scale casting production hall. We focused on accurately replicating machines, tools, and the spatial layout to ensure users have a realistic experience during training.
2. Training Simulation:
2. Training Simulation:
We created an advanced training simulator that allowed users to practically train in various procedures and activities related to warehouse management and casting production. Users had the opportunity to perform tasks such as transferring and storing products, operating cranes and hoists, and other activities characteristic of work in these spaces.
3. Mastery of Tool Control:
3. Mastery of Tool Control:
We simplified the crane and hoist control module so that even novice VR equipment users could quickly master the operation of these tools. Thanks to precise VR controls, users could perform tasks related to transferring and storing products, honing their skills in a safe virtual environment.
Thanks to the Krakodlew S.A. VR Training application, employees of the company and other interested parties can improve their skills in managing finished product warehouses and producing large-scale castings in a safe and controlled virtual environment. The application provides a realistic experience and enables the mastery of tool control in the virtual hall, which translates to improved efficiency and workplace safety.
