The Final S.A. 360 series is a collection of virtual reality films created specifically for Final S.A., enabling users to become acquainted with the production department of the organization. Thanks to these films, new employees have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the workspace in advance, which translates to increased comfort and efficiency in their new environment.

Project Background

Final S.A. approached us with the need to create a solution that would help new employees better understand and become acquainted with the production department. We understood that unfamiliarity with the workplace can impact the efficiency of new employees. We decided to use virtual reality technology to allow them to familiarize themselves with the production space in advance, enabling them to acclimate more quickly and easily to their new workplace.

Creation Process

1. Analysis and Understanding of Needs:

We conducted a detailed analysis of the client’s needs and an understanding of the specifics of Final S.A.’s production department. Based on this, we developed an action plan, considering key elements to include in the VR films.

2. Scenario Creation:

We developed a script for each film, considering different aspects of the production department that are important for new employees. We focused on showcasing various work areas and their operations.

3. Filming in 360 Technology:

We proceeded to film in 360-degree technology, using special cameras that capture the user’s full range of vision. We filmed different areas and production processes to provide a comprehensive and authentic experience.

4. Editing and Post-production:

After completing the filming sessions, we moved on to editing and post-production to create a smooth and coherent narrative that is easy to watch and understand

5. Testing and Optimization:

We tested the 360 films to ensure they provide intuitive and satisfying experiences. We corrected any errors and imperfections to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

6. Implementation and Training:

We prepared training materials for Final S.A. employees to help them effectively use the VR films and fully realize their potential. We conducted training to ensure they understand how to use VR technology and 360 films.

7. Delivery and Support:

We delivered the final VR films to the client along with instructions for their use. We also provide long-term technical support to ensure that the VR films are used optimally and achieve the expected results.

Thanks to the VR training for mining – JSW S.A., employees can experience realistic underground working conditions, which allows them to better prepare for the challenges and situations they may encounter. Virtual reality training provides an interactive and engaging experience that enables effective training and skill enhancement for mining workers.
