“Domiporta AR” is an innovative application utilizing augmented reality technology, created in collaboration with Domiporta.pl. The main objective of the application is to enable interactive and visual familiarization with an apartment’s layout using any mobile device. This allows users to see a three-dimensional model of the apartment on its floor plan, which aids in better understanding the spatial layout and functionality of the property.

Project Background
The collaboration with Domiporta.pl was based on the need to create an innovative tool that would allow clients to better understand and discover the potential of designed apartments. Traditional methods of presenting apartments, such as static images or descriptions, were not always sufficient for clients to fully visualize the space. Therefore, we decided to utilize AR technology and create an application that allows for virtual viewing of the apartment model in a real-world environment.
Creation Process
1. Requirements Analysis: We conducted a detailed analysis of the client’s needs and understood their expectations for presenting apartments. We identified key functions and features that should be included in the AR application.
2. User Interface Design: We developed an intuitive application interface that allows users to easily browse apartment models, select options, and virtually place them on the floor plan.
3.Creation of Three-Dimensional Apartment Models: We created detailed three-dimensional models of apartments, including their spatial layout, furnishings, and architectural details.
4.Implementation of AR Technology: We utilized augmented reality technology to enable users to virtually place apartment models on the floor plan using the cameras in their mobile devices.
5. Testing and Optimization: We conducted numerous tests to ensure the application runs smoothly and delivers high-quality AR visual effects. We also optimized the application’s performance and responsiveness for various mobile devices.
6. Deployment and Support: We deployed the application on the Domiporta.pl platform and provided technical support for the client. We regularly update the application to deliver new features and improvements.
