The 360 VR film created for the insurance company Compensa S.A. was designed to introduce new employees to the company. In this short film, we focused on conveying the most important benefits of working at Compensa and detailed the values that guide the company. This allows new employees to familiarize themselves with their new environment from the very beginning – the workplace, upcoming responsibilities, key personnel, and company customs.

Project Background

Compensa S.A., an insurance company, approached us with the need to create a tool that would facilitate the process of integrating new employees into the company. Our task was to prepare a VR film that would convey important information about the values and benefits of working at Compensa. We wanted new employees to feel familiar with the company, its culture, and expectations from the very beginning.

Creation Process

1. Analysis and Planning:

We conducted a detailed analysis of the client’s needs and understood the key aspects to include in the onboarding film. A plan of action was developed, taking into account the most important information and values that should be conveyed to new employees.

2. Script and Storyboard:

We developed a script and storyboard for the film, focusing on clear information delivery and showcasing the values and benefits of working at Compensa. We also included visual elements to help new employees visualize their new environment.

3. Film Production:

We started recording the film in VR technology, using the latest virtual reality technologies and equipment. Our focus was on capturing the atmosphere and conveying information in an engaging and accessible way.

4. Editing and Post-production:

After completing the recording sessions, we moved on to editing the footage, adding visual and sound elements to enhance the film’s message. Our focus was on ensuring a smooth and high-quality VR experience.

5. Testing and Optimization:

We conducted tests of the VR film to ensure that it clearly conveys information and provides an engaging experience for new employees. The film was optimized to provide the best possible virtual reality experience.

6. Implementation and Training:

We prepared training materials for the Compensa team to ensure they fully understand the film and can effectively use it during the onboarding process of new employees.

7. Monitoring and Support:

We provided ongoing monitoring of the film’s performance and technical support for the client, ensuring smooth and effective use of the onboarding film in the process of introducing new employees to Compensa.
